I still don't understand why your hero must hold the belt in order for you to enjoy the product. He's currently in the top feud of the top storyline of the year, higher on the card than Cena / Del Rio.

No need to answer my question with another question. But in my opinion who has the belt doesn't really matter, as I said in my previous post Punk is in the top feud of the top storyline and getting way more focus than Cena/Del Rio.

Remember eventho Cena was champ at that time, Triple H & Punk had a really awesome feud leading into night of champions.
Did Punk have the title at that time? - No.

/edit: I also would love to see Punk holding the title, but he is entertaining / boss enough without it. He doesn't need it to "bring" it.

I'm interested in seeing what ADR can do as champ without having Cena to feud with. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember him having any great feuds since Mysterio and Edge, but he's still competing every week.

Also, I'm surprised Orton didn't choose to face Cody on Smackdown. Would've made a lot more sense since we knew he wouldn't beat Henry. (that would ruin the Big show - Henry feud and the last thing we need there is Orton in the middle)

yeah well, it was obvious that orton wouldn't win, orton should've faced someone else.

Yeah, smackdown really needs some new blood in the main-event scene. After Big Show, who does Henry really have left to face? He's already beaten Sheamus and Orton, and Kane is out. And that's all the main-event faces they have atm.
