Idk if I’d call him overrated. People in this thread really reaching with some of the names they’re dropping. Most mma fighters dream of getting a shot at a title. Chael fought twice for a belt against one of the GOATs.

A good example of overrated would be sage northcutt, that dude had so much hype around him being an mma prodigy (and obv cuz his juicy physique) and did very little before eventually falling out of the ufc.
