Lewis might not be the most talented guy but he compensate with his body frame and his power
when you get his by a good shot it changes your whole gameplan.

give somebody with a smaller waist than lewis to ivanov and it would be easier for him to grapple with him
Ivanov in the heat of the moment didnt try to grapple lewis legs to avoid getting bombs in his face from lewis since you are way more vulnerable to shots when you grapple the legs
