Eh..people will use a mediator based on how much they trust you, not on how popular you are with other people.

This is the exact reason why i SUGGESTED we don't use a poll.

and voting for 3 ppl couldn't even happen if we did

Pretty sure the higher up's are just getting the view from the average users, and making their own decision. I don't think this poll will be the final judgment by any measure, just a tool to help them evaluate what the current community wants.
