i was thinking
era
havocide
jsfly
those 3 to start but just curious

that way we can lower the standard on active status as well maybe?
its taking me like half a year to get activei null'd btw so post opinions guys
That's the point. I think it discourages many potential welchers if they have to wait 6 months for at least the
possibility of scamming. The fact that we have set-in-stone rules for achieving 'Active' status sets up a rewards system where frequent bettors are rewarded through merit rather than sucking up. If you ask anyone that has PMed me about being put on the 'Active' list, I have made
no exceptions to the requirements. This includes the now-mediator Fat-Zero, who (like everyone) was required to send me proof of his betting record.

He knows nothing about the system, and doesnt realize we elected our own mediators to safeguard the system...
this forums scam rate is fractional compared to any other place.... prolly like 4 reported welches historically
He doesn't know our subforum's system, and I can't blame him, since I don't think he comes here that often.

Scams in d2 wouldnt happen if people used the suggest mediator system.Scams happen because mediators are not used.
To say that scams are happening under "my watch" is laughable. Scams DONT happen because mediators are used not the other way around.
**Edit** I can see you have some obvious issues with mediators and trusted members. Perhaps thats why your so aggressive and insulting.
Saying that I got to being a mediator simply by joining a guild shows you dont know anything about becoming a trusted/mediator. I earned this through much work and time.
If you knew anything about that I doubt you would have a warn % at all.
My only issues with mediators have been waiting 30 minutes or more for a mediation, which I believe was already mentioned. This was back in my D2 playing days, which hasn't been for some time now.
I think it's important for us (all of us) to recognize that while we may have disagreements, I think we've set up a system that works well for this subforum. As the subforum gets larger, we'll inevitably have more problems, more disagreements, more welchers, etc... Let's be content with the fact that we're allowed to bet, despite the potential legal ramifications that could ensue.
I also personally voted "No" on this topic, we addressed not having a "Trusted" status in
this thread, but again, nothing is set in stone.
