I saw some good exercises Jens Pulver doing. It is kind of like that. Using a two ropes to do pull ups while holding them pistol grip style.




On a better note, I'm getting over my sinus infection. I have only been to one class in about a month and it's driving me crazy.

Not if you like your training partners lol. If you get them sick, they can't train. Would you want them to come train if they were sick?
