Try to do some pull-up excersice using a towel. You kinda need a pull up bar or something like that...
I saw some good exercises Jens Pulver doing. It is kind of like that. Using a two ropes to do pull ups while holding them pistol grip style.
On a better note, I'm getting over my sinus infection. I have only been to one class in about a month and it's driving me crazy.
