Coach confirmed fighting the 29th today so trying to up my cardio till then. Unsure if I should still be lifting but I think I will continue to.

Goals during this fight-

Breathe (Dunno if I took a single normal breath during my first fight)
Slow Down, Take My Time
Have Fun ^.^

Workout Today-

1 Hour Kickboxing Class, did some mid speed sparring, was meh but good to help me prepare.

Also hit knee on knee with someone sparring, knee is sore hopefully its fine by tomorrow.

Did back/triceps+cardio at the gym. Was pretty tired trying to do cardio so I didn't go as hard as I wanted but some gain is better than no gain.

Did chest/biceps today.

1 Hour kickboxing.

Going to be doing a shit ton of training over the next week, here we go, god I hate running.

Did Legs/Shoulders today and 30 mins on the treadmill.

GF had a car accident kinda bunged up my day for cardio purposes.

Going to work harder tomorrow.

Ever considered taking TRT? I know plenty of people in their early 20's that are taking it, and only have good things to say about it. Helps with recovery/gains, makes you naturally more aggressive, etc. Just curious if you've looked into that. If I was an amateur fighter I'd definitely see my doctor about that shit.

Not the worst idea I've heard. I work at a hospital so ill ask a couple of the doctors there if they have heard/know anything about it.

If they stand by it ill talk to my GP.

My gains have been exceptional lately to be honest. Dieting properly has made all the difference in the world.

My last fight I was around 235-240.

Now I am 220-225 as well I have been lifting 6 days a week on top of kickboxing training. So I know my muscles are stronger for sure.

Just did 3 miles on the treadmill. Going to relax for a bit then go lift.

After tomorrows workout I'll be quitting the weights up until the fight and just doing lots of cardio/circuits.

Hit the gym did a back/triceps workout. Was good.

Then did another 25 minutes on the treadmill (2.10 miles) since I walked a bit at the start to warm up my legs.

My schedule this week is a bit hellish but I think its good, coach is going to be helping me do a couple of 2 a days at the kickboxing gym on top of normal working out.

He claims he will make me puke this week, I told em to bring it on.

Only did 3 miles of cardio today. Did 2 miles with my mouthpiece in.

I had to work 12 hours and my car wasn't available due to my error to preplan.

Its ok though, I was planning on today being my last day lifting anyways until my fight.

Did 1 hour of kickboxing drills tonight and 1 hour of sparring.

Really exhausting stuff today, I think I ate something bad because my stomach is rotten I feel awful today.
