Yea.. I was offered a trainer for ufc, i've been training for only a few days now, learned alot.. first hybrid match is this saturday against a guy with a 1-2-1 record.
So, the reason for posting this, Diso endurence exercises.. my shoulders die after only 2 min or so of hittin the bag hard.. iso something to build those up and possibly something to help with speed? (Not a huge deal, i'm going to take it to the ground) Ne mma tips u guys want to provide would be great.
My oppenent has about 4 inches on me in height.. and maybe 3 lbs over me.. He has a longer reach obv.. but i've been told im double if not triple his strength.. i know submissions well, so once i get him to the ground, my plan is to break his arm or put him to sleep..

e: they seem to like me, so they alrdy offered me a manager and everything.. thinking this is going to become my career.
Btw, the definition of a hybrid match, is kickboxing when standing.. but the second it hits the floor, its all grapling.
Here's a tip, don't train MMA. Train one style and become comfortable with it, then expand.
