Both legs are compromised. Movement looked like 65% to me from start, he didn't have the speed moving away like needed at this level..

Still got dangerous hands tho

Bit tough but interesting to watch. If he keeps up the rehab good, finds more good help (maybe add Wonderboy for more movement conditioning) and a lot of movement training to rebuild that ability up again, and another go in maybe at least 5-6 months or so. he is looking dangerous still, was fast and powerful when going for it close range, but the recovery needs more time. It was clear from start full support wasn't there.


I was thinking, wonder what simple rope jumping and back and forth movement looks like for him lately in training.. anyways, decent fight.

But Andersson Silva may have good rehab suggestions too. And connor. I hope they reach out
