lol

yeah i think you're right. jose is so mad i wouldn't be surprised if he makes a mistake early and gets KTFO by conor in the first round.

Your talking about one of the most aggressive killers in the sport. He always fights with anger. Hasn't made a mistake yet in the UFC..

Aldo will win, mcgregor will take a fight with mendes or edgar. He'll get dumped on his head and grinded. He'll move to LW for more hype, find the same amount of success and he'll look for fights vs strikers to keep relevant.

oh if he always fights with anger.... that just makes it an even easier fight for mcgregor, nice.

and lol @ keep relevant... have you even been following conor or the sport? he's the most "relevant" fighter on the roster atm

The ufc does a good job with building fighters up. I guess your new.

he's the jake shields on the FW division. I guess you need to see him get whipped till you realize hes far too one dimensional to make a run for a title in the UFC

e/ I wont be surprised if he overtakes a spot for one of the biggest busts in the ufc because of this hype train.

It's called knowledge, knowing martial arts, and knowing how to break down match ups.

you have no clue how to break down matchups

every time you've ever tried to break it down you just start quoting mcgregor and talking about how he's getting finishes

you also seem to think aldo can't land leg kicks on him when sivir did just fine, and sivir is aged into dust since last year

i disagree with connor being basic, but jake shields is actually good, the ufc screwed welterweight but not having shields/fitch on their roster, they're both top 10 welterweights

Jake shields had close fight with gsp.. not sure if serious

Shields also subbed the current champ ;)

Jake shields is easy top 5.. he almost even subbed the roid abuser in lombard who looked 2 weight classes bigger

lol his mind set is that conor is a south paw and that alone will neglect any kicks... what a poor soul.. that wide open karate stance will get exploited.

jake shields is a good fighter, i like him. but he is one dimensional and that never helped him. dana doesnt want these close decision fighters/fights, i get it. it sucks sometimes but its how it works. i didnt agree with the jon fitch removal it sucks

Aldo power back leg kicks, that's his bread and butter.. It's what he killed Urijah with. And it's not that I think he "can't" leg kick Conor, I just don't think he will.

He's going to have to switch legs if he wants to hit Conor like he hit Urijah, and I just don't think he will. Add in I think Conor is a good enough striker that he can check leg kicks. Add in how, once mendes started tagging aldo he completely abandoned the leg kicks... Something similar will happen when he fights Conor. It's easy to land leg kicks when the guys a sitting duck, watch aldo faber or dos anjos diaz... But it's much harder once you're getting punished every time you throw that kick, or it's doing no damage every time your throw it because you're not using the leg you're used to..

aldo throws his back leg kick and a wide stance is horrible for defending it

aldo stopped throwing leg kicks vs mendes because he was winning with his hands, conor isnt the striker mendes is, period

he's actually the most defensive fighter on the roster lol.. he has the longest fight-time average P4P. he is known for being a safety-first fighter and he acknowledges it.

Correction, the karate stance is terrible when youre in the pocket. For someone like mcgregor that controls distance so well, I don't think he's gonna be there for many leg kicks.

Lol @ mendes being a better striker that Conor. What? Rofl.
