even in grappling people only talk about strikes.

Grappling is a part of it, and will always be a big part of scoring.(unless the judges are paid off by dana)

No argument by me, just providing stats for and against. It seems one fight they can fair grappling and control time, and the next event they decide striking numbers and damage outweigh grappling/control time. The system is definitely flawed.

that's the issue though these lemurs who keep saying the fight was close are using the fact that Yan didnt land ground strikes.... like punching something is the only way to score points or some shit.

This was a DOMINATE performance by Yan, I had it 3-0 as many others did.

I can see a 2-1 if you REALLY stretch it.


However I will say this

Omalley surprised and impressed the hell out of me considering I thought he'd get wafflestomped like a shit in the shower. But he did definitively lose that fight and it wasn't close.

I though Yan won but am a O-Malley fan. Yan was cut pretty bad. If it went 5 rounds I think it would be a doctor stoppage. Plus I had O-Malley winning the third.
