Form/Technique is most important I'd say.

I don't do a ton of special stretching, just normal leg/hamstring/quad stretches during my kickboxing classes and during my leg workouts.

Between every round at kickboxing class I'm the guy who is always stretching haha.

I am a firm believer of stretching during workouts as opposed to before.

Pretty much dead on. The most important thing is form/technique. I do the butterfly stretch and can almost do a full split. At this point I can kick over someones head who is 6 feet tall

hehe, being able to kick someone's head or do a split doesn't mean you're flexible ;) no slight intended.

It means you've got open hips.

My grip actually is pretty strong. I used to use Heavy Grips all the time and use Fat Gripz now.

The reason the proportions are off is because I have short arms/biceps. So my biceps look big but my forearm is the normal size.

My arm's aren't the proper length for someone my height.

Finished an hour of kickboxing and 1 hour of wrestling.

Going to be going to the gym to do legs/shoulders.

Coach also said he wants to do a smoker on the 29th. So I should be having my 2nd kickboxing fight then.

Going to be increasing my cardio from tomorrow on.

I am 6'0 and a half I believe, my license they measured me at 185 CM which is 6'1 but I don't think I am that tall.

I just grabbed a measuring tape (construction kind) and measured myself outstretched middle fingertip to right where my armpit begins and it was 66CM.

Ill have a buddy actually measure tomorrow. Anyone know where i am supposed to measure from/to?

Just got back from Legs/Shoulders workout, was good.

Tiring day though.

spread your arms measure from middlefinger to middlefinger on each side basically go across your chest/shoulders and then that's your reach, you said you have short arms but if you have broad shoulders your reach should look better on paper than just by looking at your arm length.

It's hard to measure your own reach, you need someone to help you measure properly. Your arms are at least as long as mine and my reach is 71". My arms are a little long in proportion to my body though, I'm 5'9.
