Prelims aren't, nor ever have been shown on ppv, so there won't be a stream of them anyway. Occasionally Spike shows the prelims, but in that case they'd be free anyway, therefore a stream wouldn't be needed.

Streams of live events aren't really something you can plan for ahead of time. A working link now, doesn't necessarily tranlate into a working link come fight time.
