Like I said, I haven't been following the sport much for a while. But the ranking system is and has been pretty busted for a while now, and even those are taken as a suggestion at best.

UFC doesn't run the rankings, it's journalists from random media outlets

Which is what I mean with it being busted.

I got other issues as well, like the instant rematches after title fights. They should only happen after a draw or a very controversial decision (i.e. Shogun vs Machida 1) or a freak accident.

Mcgoat and alvarez was 3 years ago mate, since conor has stopped fighting, which fighter do you think is doing money fights? None because the ppvs are no where near mcgoat only people getting a half decent payday is jones and dc and every other fight is legit people climbing the ranks etc
