If by best you mean nastiest or taking the most damage, it's gotta be Michael Page vs Evangelista Santos or more recently, Alexandre vs Northcutt in ONE.

Masvidal vs Askren, Henderson vs Bisping, Ngannou vs Overeem all have that added nastiness because of the strikes after being out cold, but they were just fine after.

IMO, Barboza's is the most beautiful of the 4 choices because of the way Etim went stiff.

A favorite that comes to mind is Silva vs Fryklund (reverse elbow) for its rarity and boldness.
