mayweather isn't just some homeless guy they found on the street. He'd be learning takedown defense how to deal with kicks and a ground game. You can learn a lot in a month when you have a fighting foundation to build on.

Theres a lot of not very great fighters in the UFC. I'm not saying he'd beat the best I'm saying he'd beat some of the shitties.

Well, yeah; it's almost a given that Mayweather would be able to walk all over the lower-tier guys, just by virtue of his boxing alone. Mayweather would start to get tested once he starts hitting the gatekeepers.

I definitely don't think Mayweather would be able to hang at the upper levels of competition; not with just a month of MMA training. Theoretically, depending on what weight he'd come in at, he'd be fighting the likes of Frankie Edgar and Jose Aldo, or Nate Diaz and Benson Henderson. Hands, even hands as excellent as Mayweather's, only go so far in a contest where that effective range can be taken away (clinch, ground.)

Tyson is a bad example. he would eat a leg kick then knock Jose out. this is a Jose fan being srs. double though, gets raped by good ground game cause no experience.

mayweather would do well vs pure strikers, but anybody that can throw leg kicks or get takedowns rapes him
