he knowingly welched/stole someones winnings and continued to keep trying until he was welcher listed, the same user still tries to play in the poker forum claiming he will "send upfront now" since his pixel thieving ass got caught red handed

secondly i can care less about your fake trust game in sending him fg inwhich he would get locked /scammer tagged for stealing

it's a pointless argument trying to vouch a thief, i'd understand if he was falsely accused for it. but he's 100% guilty and knows it + tries to lie and deceive people about it.

i do not play/host/med with or for welchers for it decreases the chance at them paying back out of necessity of not being able to play

honestly, its 3:30 honestly im drunk as fuck, so i cant really tell whats going on with that SS of the poker forum. ive used FTP before, but never poker stars, so that whole setup is foreign to me. i understand your, and everyone else's worries about welchers in general, not this particular user, but as long as everyone uses a med, no welches will happen, so i would suggest using a mediator in any/every forum that you trust and know will be reliable.

for the record, i was never doubting or suspecting you of anything, i just had no clue what was going on

You should reread what I posted, I think you focused on one part. It isn't my job as a mediator to be a decider on who gets to bet, that is your job as a bettor. I am a neutral 3rd party, nothing more, nothing less. I feel it is a disservice to this community to black list mediating for users based on shit that happened in other forums.

Going to add, Chill, You gave me the perfect oppurtunity to showcase why I think other forums are worth fuck all.

Chill gave me a great opportunity for me to showcase it. Playboynicole was welcher tagged in the Hockey forum, which is directly linked to the bettor sub-forum.

Playboynicole NEVER welched anyone. He was suspected of being a multi, and they preemptively welcher tagged him without him actually doing anything, due to their belief he was a multi. Now, users like chill automatically rule him out as a welcher and spam his topics with flame / spam regardless of the fact he has not welched a bet on this site.

I would also ask that people refrain from using inebriated mediators.

I'm not going to claim I'm always entirely sober when I'm on here however...
