Just face it, the organizations' major concern is employing exciting/ sellable fighters... They have no actual interest in being the major platform housing the BEST in the industry... only to be the BIGGEST $$$ makers in the industry.
That's why deserving fighters are put on the back burner waiting in a line that's half filled with amateur character personalities for the show.
Half the guys you mentioned are re-rolling their careers, the other half are most likely NOT going to fight the people they should be fighting... They moved an event to another state in a weeks notice to save themselves from a $loss when JBJ popped again... Picogram or not, that's some shady AF business.
At this point, not even all the main divisions have household names.... and the most popular divisions, might have 2 or 3...
There are literally a hand full of fighters keeping the UFC alive right now.
