well for someone to "fake" a injury is just bullshit imo. if you can fight then fight. a simple line.

He was probably injured but was gonna fight through it, but when Cain got injured, he went "aaaahh, fuck it".

It's hard to fake an injury in the ufc, they send doctors to you and then they decide if it's serious enough to cancel a whole fight

He would have to actually injure himself on purpose doing something fucked up, then pray that recovery goes without a hitch

Getting hurt in training is super easy. All he would have to do is take a hard punch to the head and let doctors know he's seeing stars/is a little dizzy and bam concussion protocol out a few months type of thing.

Don't they have to get checked out by doctors and shit afterwards?
Don't see how they can fake an injury.. The fighters have to sign a contract and what not.

If the injury isn't blatant like a break/fracture then who is a doctor to say that 'x' fighters pain is irrelevant. Can't diagnose that
