I still think you misunderstand my point. I'm not saying they don't eat, or even don't eat multiple meals, but let me ask this, does their food have a lot of solid mass weight to it? such as steak? lasagne perhaps? of course not, they can eat that normally, and probably do, but not in the short time prior to the weigh in. It's pretty common knowledge these guys who cut big weight also reduce their food intake very close to the weigh in. Just because you claim to know a couple people who don't doesn't mean it isn't common practice.
And besides that one point that you seem so adament to pry at, we're otherwise saying the same thing.
The point I was making in bringing up personal experiences is just to show that weight can fluctuate a lot in a short time with relatively minimal changes, and in ways people don't really consider or think about. That is all
