Yeah I think so.

I think there is a much more clear shot to a title at 170 for him. Like within 2 years type. But at 155 there's all sorts of killers. I would put him 6-8 wins away at lightweight and 4-5 wins away at 170.

But with all his hype maybe he could connor mcgregor it and get a shot at 155 in 3 fights?

Maybe it's a weight cut thing. Can't do it without an iv? He does look huge for 155

Or his opponent pulled out and the only one who could step in is a 170'er.... The fight is in 8 days....

I still see it being an easier road at 170 then 155 for anyone really

Could have made the same case saying it'd be easier for Mcgregor @ 155 then 145. A champion who hasn't been defeated in 10 years w/ some of the best wrestlers in the UFC vs a great top 10.

He'll have a great physical advantage over guys in LW , northcutt.
