Interesting.. maybe the UFC wants to promote title fights over Conor because they think he is retiring soon or something? From a promotional standpoint it doesn’t really make sense for the UFC to headline anyone over Conor Mcgregor unless it’s some freak fight like Lesnar/DC or something they could get away with it(not saying this headline would draw more because it probably wouldn’t still), but even then why would UFC put those fights on the same card.

Why didn't they do what they did with Conor vs Nate 2 where their was no belts on the line on the card, and have them number 1 fight? I mean it's not like it won't sell, both Conor vs Nate cards are #2 and #3 best selling PPVS with no belts for main event

Idk if they couldn't schedule it like that based on other champs or what, but it's worth the risk imo
