20lb cut is pretty standard, I'm sure tibau cuts more than that. John Lineker said he used to cut 40lb when he fought at 125 heh, guy missed weight like 3 times tho and I feel like that has to be an exaggeration anyway

Conor and aldo both cut like 20-25

Just like Jon Jones tho. If your frame is huge that's just as much, if not more of an advantage, than weight.

He says he walks at 170, I'd imagine he loses a little bit before the cut

I read he walks at 177, cowboy walks at 177 also

Yeah he's pretty big. Still has physical advantages over quite a few at LW.
