how much does she have to lose ? i know a guy at our muay thai gym who loses 10kg in one week by just draining water out of his system, then quickly puts some of it back on after weight in day, so loosing a lot of weight isnt big problem for a professional fighter
if you look at her, she has all her muscles out, veins popping out, basically she is dry as a bone
she would probably need to lose literally 7-8 lbs of muscle.
I doubt when she weighs in she has more than 1-2 lbs of water MAX left
It's when you weight cut and you go "dry". Its basically when you can no longer lose any water weight because there is nothing left to give.
Literally you will see people stop sweating entirely regardless of how hot they are because there are no reserves
