Why would WWE build up kharma so much just to throw her out?

I wish WWE writers were not retarded. I know they have to keep everything PG rated but fuck it's not that hard to write ACTUAL wrestling story lines with people other than the top few for title contention.

i think there just focusing on super cenas storylines makin it all perfect 4 the kids that there forgettin about everything else
