I disagree. If a twelve year old calls jon jones a fag, is that child now jon jones' bully? I think bullying implies that you're in some way intimidating the victim. Anyone who thinks that gsp even for a second doubted that he'd beat nick is delusional, so I wouldn't consider anything nick did to gsp "bullying", he was just being a dick.
