The likelihood of a serious injury or death would be increased substantially. I don't think you understand the severity of a head kick, you're not smart enough. If you're on the ground your neck is not supporting your head correctly and it has no ability to absorb any of the impact that your head is about to receive. That's why head kicks are illegal, because your at the most vulnerable position to have a serious concussion or worse. Nobody wants to see somebody get their brains kicked in while they're on the ground. I've been training martial arts when you were probably 8 years old or younger, and everybody here knows my credentials. You on the other hand have no legit martial arts experience, and everything you've ever said about the topic never makes any sense.
