thats because they release most of there products yearly. but if you look at when they try to make a good game, it's obvious they can do well.
battlefield is doing amazing right now, crysis is one of the best looking games ever, same goes for mass effect and mirrors edge. Ghost recon future soldier, the sims, dragon age, SSX, skate. the list is almost endless of high quality games and the ufc games all hail in comparison which is fucking pathetic. they post these videos and pictures trying to convince us that this is the best they could do and that it doesn't look like shit compared to everything else out right now.

There aren't any actual gameplay screenshots. At least not what I could find.
The screenshots are claimed to be from ingame footage though. I know cinematics always look better than the actual gameplay, but it's all we got to work with atm.
