I think thats what makes the most sense. I think Cruz should get it first, because then you could sell the rematch between MM and Dillishaw a little better if Dillishaw wins. And if Mighty Mouse came up and beat Dillybar it would throw a wrench in the division with cruz dillishaw and barao all possibilities to take the title.
