You don't think it is? I guess it's more of a matter of opinion. Getting knocked out like that is not something you're very proud of, and your opponent signing a picture like that is adding salt to the wound.

It's like having a baseball signed by a baseball player or an artist sign a painting. I don't see it as disrespectful.
