Dietitians such as Dolce and others have already said they could guarantee they could get Cyborg to 135 if she wanted to fight Rousey. Rousey is in the best organization for MMA featuring the highest tier athletes in the sport and is arguably the most dominant athlete in any sport as of now. Why would she waste her time going to another organization to fight one competitor.

You accuse Ronda of fighting people smaller than her when she clearly makes weight for 135 lol.. it's not even logical.
