Woodley has that angry gorilla strength and it might be too overwhelming for Hendricks.

That, or Hendricks pulls through, conserves energy and gets back in the 2nd round.

He got hit hard by lawler for 2 fights and never went down..

Woodley couldn't even hit rory at all and lawler punished rory badly

Just shows the striking skill difference between lawler and woodley

We arent talking about Lawler. Hendricks does not have great technical skills. He has heavy hands. He also hasnt fought anyone with Woodleys overall athleticism.
Rory was a bad matchup for Woodley.

What do you mean? Look at his fight vs gsp / lawler 2x.. he mixed in leg kicks nicely and used several different combos / level changes

Gsp is arguably the most athletic guy in the ufc and hendricks arguably beat him, not to mention gsp is A LOT more technical than woodley

Hendricks ate shots from condit and lawler twice.. so obviously raw power isn't going to be enough to beat hendricks

He isnt technical. There is a reason Lawler put mitts on him for 10 straight rounds. It isnt because Lawler had a speed or athletic advantage.

Rory is one of the most technical guys in the ufc and lawler put mitts on him for 8 rounds and even finished him whIle he couldn't finish hendricks

He's technical enough to seal away GSP's jab for a whole fight

.... Rory hardly used any head movement after the first round.

Lawler vs Condit woulld be a way better matchup than Hendricks

Next fight for Hendricks, Id like to see Diaz but it won't happen since Nick got caught dui..

Im pretty sure they both happened before his fight with anderson. He is suspended anyway.
