Yeah I agree totally. Most of the really good fighters out there now have so damn many years of training that it's very very difficult for people to start as even young adults and have enough time to become championship material. And this trend continues to progress. Within the next 15-20 years, I'm thinking that most all fighters will have needed to have started training as very young children in order to be competative in the sport.

It's obvious that a lot of people have no concept of the time that needs to be invested in MMA if you want to make it. It's getting to the point to where it takes a fairly large amount of experience to even compete on an amateur level these days.
