IMO, he will only need to make an effort proving his innocence if the med asks for it. 1:4 for this kind of bet doesn't make sense to me.

Aren't mediators the only ones who need that information? Why do people like us need to know about these things? To blow it up? If he really welched than we're going to see his acc locked soon anyway.
