I told you dude, he struggles, sometimes taking days at a time to reply, and even when he does its some nonsense where he ends a sentence with the wrong punctuation and then just says period anyways.

He doesn't not have the capability of reading anything for more than a minute at a time before PTSD kicks in and the major starts getting flash backs of the zerg invasion and starts rolling around on the floor foaming at the mouth.
