Yeah I dont see him fighting McGregor after how massive he looked in there.. I knew Spitsbing was gonna be the taller/ longer man... but george looked a lot larger than him toe2toe

that's what my friend and i said too. GSP looked 'bigger' and a lot healthier TBH. overall stronger, faster, and cleaner technique


this was the most impressive performance since conor vs eddie IMO. if GSP didn't take him down and get cut up it would have been a flawless victory



it was the way he was fighting IMO not his cardio. he took a conor approach to this fight and every shot was meant to knock bisping dead. but the thing that impressed me the most was how he got the takedown and regained his stamina then fuckin mauled him again

bisping isn't a diaz or a ferguson off his back but conor will learn from this i know it

I def agree, i think Bisping would have got the better of GSP in the championship rounds... George was clearly slowing down since the 2nd...
Apparently he was hurt AF... not sure if from the elbows in the guard or the few shots that he caught on the feet.

I doubt that. His body is achievable with his build. I have a similar build, just under 5'11", and I have been able to achieve a very similar physique several times in my athletic career without anything outside of creatine & protein supplements. He doesn't have a big bone structure but he's mesomorphic and he has wide shoulders and a long torso.

By contrast, the dude who fought Johnny Hendricks last night looked like a roider. For that matter, TJ has some srs gyne for a wee fellow.
