My current diet would make you want to slap me. In the pass hour I have eaten 4 large glazed donuts.. When I lost the weight, I never intended to, I was active while heavy, and skated and chased after girls and what not, then for whatever reason I became a homebody and the pounds just shed off. I was deprived at times, but at other times I gourged myself in fatty foods and beverages.
My main problem is motivation, and I'm not sure where to find that at.
Again, this is because of depriving yourself of an actual meal. Sitting at the computer and snacking on poor choices of foods can have an opposite effect, although still not a good one (it varies on how much you eat of course), this has happened to me before when I would spend many hours playing PC games/console games in my high school days without really eating much except for chips, cookies, etc. The calories do add up, but it's also how healthy you want to be as I don't recommend that diet. For your overall health, I suggest you should implement a work out routine at least three times a week, just so you can keep healthy. Limit those foods to once a week at the most...or once every other week!

Juggalo's in this thread now? Oh boy...
To stay on topic, I am tall and slenderman. This is my build. How do I add up a few pounds without losing my athletic build?
Tall and slender. Okay, this wouldn't be too difficult. It is the matter of increasing your calorie amount and possibly implementing heavy lifting routines along with creatine, mass gainer, and high synthesis protein mix. I need a bit more info such as actual height and weight, current work out routines, and diet. To gain weight effectively and have it in muscular proportion, I recommend 1.5 x your body weight worth of grams in protein as a maximum. Your caloric intake daily for this should be about 4,000 if you want to gain weight gradually. I more so focus on weight loss, but from my muscle gaining experience and lifting days, I can help you with this also. I just need to know that previous info I asked as well as your current goal as well of how much weight you would want to gain in how much time.

do you have any video's of your lifts?
Unfortunately I have no videos, but I have a few photos I'd have to dig up from somewhere. Not the best photos, and I don't have one of me bench pressing 535 lbs either.
