Thanks, I was still strong in the first picture just got lazy on cardio and had a really bad diet like a box of poptarts daily. Was genius, I have an awful AWFUL sweet tooth when it gets going.
Had an exhausting day today.
Worked 7am-3pm
Kickboxing Class (Padwork, heavybag work, etc) 6pm-7pm
Grappling Sparring (sometimes just for position, other times for subs) 7pm-8pm
Coach was feeling frisky or something today because he worked us really hard. Compared to normal atleast. Ton's of fast work, with very few breaks etc.
Then I went and did a Back/Triceps workout. 930pm-1030pm
Which was complete HELL. I couldn't have been more tired even starting this but I made it through. Skipped my usual 20 min cardio for obvious reasons.
