Eh. That was a crazy fluke. Actually throwing a fight is insane.

As well as the Sean Salmon incident where he "gave up an arm" to end the fight without taking anymore damage.

I'm surprised GSP still has fans frankly after he admitted himself he doesn't fight aggressively anymore, he just fights to win and retain his title. I hate fighters like that. And I know what incident you're talking about, Akiyama was definately greased up beyond belief. Speaking of which, why aren't he and Hardy cut? I guess the UFC needs a popular Japanese fighter, and a popular British fighter to appeal to those fans, I think even people in England hate Bisping.

If Akiyama wasn't one of Japan's most popular fighters, and Hardy wasn't one of Britains, they would be cut for sure. Bisping, as much as I hate him, is moving up the division, although Dana White said recently that "He thinks Bisping will be fighting for the title within the next year". Gotta get past Mayhem first, I think Mayhem takes that fight via some form of choke. If he does beat Mayhem, they'll match him up with a top 10 MW most likely, and the last top 10 MW he fought was Hendo, and we all know what happened there B)

agreed, i hate bisping though, his last win was from complete and utter assholeness, if he didnt throw that illegal knee he woulda lost

well, i haven't seen any gifs of gsp self applying the vaseline from his face to stomach / body like Anderson has

I don't know of a single person that likes Bisping. He's like the Koscheck of England, however, Koscheck actually has SOME fans.
