Ah, glad to see Brian finally started up his podcast at least. Yves is also a funny mother fucker so there will likely be some quality shows in the future.

How do these podcasts make so much money? I don't get it... JRE ok... that became huge and it has an actual camera to show products and what not.
But fighter and the kid? Who the fuck cares... the kid is a 60 year old and the fighter is bottom tier... I don't get the appeal and is all that money coming from the few commercial lines they say? WTF!

I dunno if they make money, but the ads might pay enough that they can show up

Schaub said he made more from podcasts than fighting... now I know he's not exactly the highest paid fighter (nor should he be).
But still...

I assume they get most of the viewership ad money

Fighter and the Kid is a Fox Sports broadcast. Im pretty sure thats why they get paid as well as they do already. JRE makes money because its like the number one podcast in the world. if millions of people listen to something they can sell a little airtime for a lot of money.
