It's hilarious watching you in denial throughout this entire topic. Your bad, I bet half the nerds on this site can whoop the fuck out of your bitch ass.

Yea.. I was offered a trainer for ufc, i've been training for only a few days now, learned alot.. first hybrid match is this saturday against a guy with a 1-2-1 record.

So, the reason for posting this, Diso endurence exercises.. my shoulders die after only 2 min or so of hittin the bag hard.. iso something to build those up and possibly something to help with speed? (Not a huge deal, i'm going to take it to the ground) Ne mma tips u guys want to provide would be great.

My oppenent has about 4 inches on me in height.. and maybe 3 lbs over me.. He has a longer reach obv.. but i've been told im double if not triple his strength.. i know submissions well, so once i get him to the ground, my plan is to break his arm or put him to sleep..

Thanks.

e: they seem to like me, so they alrdy offered me a manager and everything.. thinking this is going to become my career.

Btw, the definition of a hybrid match, is kickboxing when standing.. but the second it hits the floor, its all grapling.

LOL @ you being in MMA if your arms die after 2 mins...Good luck going 3 5 minute rounds you poser

besides, you claim you are so devoted and will do whatever it takes etc, but that is something you cannot truthfully know until much further down the road.

its the point where you are willing to sacrifice your well being to be with the best.

this happened to me, and i chose to quit. just wait until you are so punch drunk you cannot speak clearly or how you used to, knowing that if you quit now your speech will return to normal in a few months, but if you continue it may never be the same

wait until you realize that there is a direct relation between how good you are and how stupid you become, look at all the greats. mohammid ali has parkinsons, mike tyson, etc.

I remember the moment i lost the desire to fight it was after fighting a pro boxer that sounded just like mike tyson.

I still think about it because i used to love fighting more than anything, i would always smile when i got hit even when i got knocked out by a pro in one of my fights i could only smile loving what i was doing.

if i were not intelligent i would have fought until the day i died but i chose keeping my smarts over fighting

Oh man... you are SOOOO f?!ked.

Seriously. I'm not just saying this to pee in your Cheerios.

If you don't have fight endurance now, you'd better hope that this guy is a chump that you can take quickly.

Best way to gain endurance for fighting is... well, fighting. It's cool and all if you can run a marathon, but most marathon runners aren't trying to keep someone from slapping a guillotine or a triangle choke on 'em.

You can look into HIIT, but again, if you're not already used to the pace of fighting, you're gonna need a LOT of luck, man.

Also, good luck with the adrenal dump. Start getting mat time / ring time NOW. Get used to getting your bell rung, and get used to dealing with the adrenal dump.

edit:

Who's the promotion company?

1. Marathon is other type of effort / exertion [ i dont know, i looked in dictionary for eng word ]. You run more than 1 hour in medium intensive work , and in Fight you have 10 mins high intensive, or 5 mins.
2. HIIT is for endurance yes. But he said " his shoulders die" So he is talking about strenght endurance.
3. If fight was this saturday, he shouldn't have hard trainings on the gym to build any motoric few days before fight ROFL

you and thread's author failed , but indeed he failed so hard with his lies

E: i read only first few posts, this topic is just waste of time , nn
