I saw that as well but makes me wonder if that is the actual ticket price or the price that scalpers are charging

There's a couple different early access tickets for subscribers/premium/VIP members.
Prem/VIP members can list the tickets at that point immediately, more than likely the front floor and you just put a stupid price down because YOLO.
On ticketmaster the front row is $5k-$20k, MSG has some unique seating also
