did anyone watch the nagno interview. dudes a idiot lol. he just wanted to retire without saying it. his terms of contract on his side was health care insurance for all fighter. to abolish the sponsor stuff make it like it was. and he wanted to bring in his fighters. all on top of being he most paid ever. he wanted out those are un realistic terms.

I read it, wanted health care and to be able to box, the most money, higher ppv points and like you mentioned to be able to get whatever sponsors they wanted without the UFC being in their pocket.

Ofc you ask for more...money and what not for sure. But this man asked for the whole supermarket, and the key to the store.

More fighters should be doing what Francis did, he'll likely make more in his first boxing fight after being released

he wasn't asking for money for himself, he wants the sport better

All they have to do is come in and perform and they can get whatever money they think they deserve....or somewhat near it

Colby was giving us lackluster performances, then he realized that he could just drown people with his cardio and started talking shit putting it all on the line and the fans were just drawn to him for it.

The UFC does not provide health insurance to fighters. Although this sounds sinister, the reality is that virtually no company offers coverage to independent contractors; athletes are normally covered by unions, not leagues. Instead, the promotion often pays the medical bills of contestants injured during a bout.

that is the point, Francis should be allowed to box if he's an independent contractor

An independent contractor is a person, business, or corporation that provides goods or services under a written contract or a verbal agreement. Unlike employees, independent contractors do not work regularly for an employer but work as required

That is why ufc let Francis walk instead of challenging him in court
