Just got back from a 40 min run outside. Might go to the gym in a bit.

In other good news.

"The new location is 1273 London Rd., twice as big and even better, with more classes offered. Planning to open on Thursday, more info to follow. Please give us a call anytime. Looking forward to getting back into training. Thanks again to everyone."

Going to have a cage in this club along with our boxing ring, more heavy bags and more room to grapple.

Still excited to grapple, looking to put some work in. Been reading far to much about Dan Gable I think, making me want to work constantly.

I also can't wait to get in there and kickboxing spar, I wanna feel some pain.

Hey boys,

Did a couple of runs today, mile and half each time. 12:37 seconds first and 12:40 on the second. Both done outside on a track and it was cold haha.

Also painted a room today got some good cals burnt.

Another piece of insane news.

Coach called and asked me to help move an octogon.... he bought a what I believe is to be a full sized octogon. It is used of course. We spent about an hour unloading pieces from a U-Haul with 5 guys going at it.

Gonna be crazy, will get pictures when I can.

Time to starve gentlemen.

Going to be cutting hard over the next 2 months.

I will be ending up around a lean 200lbs by June. I have a good idea to not weigh myself the entire 2 months so I don't get over confidant and fool around on my diet.

I tend to do that, if I start making really good gains all of a sudden ill slip here and there because why not etc etc.

I also think I will make a new thread for this soon since this one is a bit much to read.

This is pretty accurate.

My goal has been 200 by June. Made it in H&F in January.

About 225lbs now. I don't lift heavy at all or really at all anymore.

I just do cardio and kickboxing.

I fought about a month ago at 218lbs (didn't cut any water because it didn't matter).

Since then my club has been in the process of being relocated so I haven't dieted properly. That changed starting today.
