If he goes broke he should walk off a cliff. With 100 million in the bank we are looking at 4 million/year just in basic interest. Low risk investments should net him closer to 10 million per year. Along with the fact he gets flights and cars and clothes for free, if he can't live a flashy lifestyle off just the interest alone after being on welfare he doesn't deserve anything.
