I'd give a healthy Brock the edge in the rematch; that version of Overeem we saw in their first fight was the biggest/most roided up he's been in his entire career. He's considerably smaller now than he was then, and his chin is a good deal worse.

This fight took place when Overeem was roided the FUCK out. His chin was almost twice as good back then as it is now. Bigfoot and the subsequent fights over the past few years completely destroyed Reem's chin.

And yes, his TDD is trash. Shogun took him down with ease in Pride, and now he's back to weighing around 240. He was probably at 215-220 fight night during Pride. So if Shogun could take him down back then, Brock, a man with 10x the wrestling credentials of Shogun, will be able to take him down with ease now.

Brock lost because he was sick. His disease is no joke. If they were to fight again, Brock would destroy him with ease. One takedown and 2-3 punches while on top = Overeem going to sleep.

It's hard to take anything you say seriously when a few years ago we were debating whether JDS or Overeem would win if they fought LOL.
