UFC officially announces that 249 will take place on May 9 at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. No fans allowed. Main event is still Ferguson vs Gaethje for the interim 155 title.

Dana White told @bokamotoESPN earlier that they will also do events on May 13 and 16 in Jacksonville. The hope is they can return to Vegas for the June 6 PPV at the Apex, I’m told, but that has not been green-lighted yet.

Ion Cutelaba can’t re-enter the country, I’m told, so one fight that they are looking to add to that new May 13 card is OSP vs Rothwell at heavyweight.

a big card with no crowd, its gonna be interesting. The ambiance will be similar to a Ultimate fighter episode but a sick card on the menu lol
can't wait to see how Dana will put things together and make a mega show
