No doubt Chael would lose, but Jones TDD is still yet to be tested. All of his strength lies in his upper body; he has scrawnier legs than some Flyweight's. If someone can figure out a way to close the distance and land 3-4 good leg kicks, he's DONE. But, that's easier said than done -- it's hard to get close enough to land effective leg kicks on him since he has a freakish reach advantage over everyone.
