As a person who has applied for work visas, permananent resident visa, visa extensions I know how these processes work and what you have said earlier is 100% right to the tee.

The company files for a visa that allows work to be done internationally... This just allows the company to do their work in 'x' country. This would NEVER.EVER. grant all employees a work visa.... Trust me , I wish.. Would have saved me money, time, and among other things my sanity , but it just does NOT work like that.

Seeing how I moved to Canada from the US without the help of a direct family member, I'd consider myself knowledgeable in visas. Have an account on an visa forum that helped me gain all that info.

Better yet, I'll make a thread on that forum and show you the general consensus just so you don't only have mine and shadows word.

Seems like a shit show to begin. The random test was taken by Aldo. Then he or the guy was directed to discard the sample.. Those are the facts, everything else is speculation at this point. No reason to get worked up over those things.

Let's not even test him next time.. He's gonna need the roids to have a chance.

bottom line is... a known tester shows up at jose's gym... his head coach runs to telephone and calls the police and the brazilian commission.
