Hey boys,

Mixed up my cardio today was fun.

10 mins skipping
3 sets chin ups
3 sets dips
10 minutes jacobs ladder
1 round on the heavy bag
6 lengths pushing the sled

Gym should be up and ready in a week coach told me today.

So ill be back to training. I have made a goal for myself, when I get to 200lbs by June ill buy myself a new laptop as a reward.

I've been waiting to get a new one for so long but Its hard to warrant the money.

yeah, i've got pretty sick of the tread mill, glad maine decided to bring spring early though. i like to go running with my brothers dog, it sounds silly, but running with a dog can actually push you, because i feel like i have to try to outrun the dog...and if you've ever gone running with a pitbull, you know that's just never going to happen.

Lol. Trying to keep up with one of my dogs would kill me... and most human beings.

I have two Salukis, which are pretty much like Greyhounds that can run long distances.

one of my dogs is a brittany spaniel, which is actually known to have the best running abilities of any dog in the world. not the fastest, but the most endurance. i'd run with that dog but he's too A.D.D. and annoying...and that's comparing him to a pitbull....

it is killer....but that's pretty much the point, if you can out-will a pitbull then you can out-will any human being.

humans are lazy and give up pretty easy. we're really good at finding ways around hard work lol.

Thx.

Punished my cardio today.

1. 1 Mile on the treadmill
2. 5 minutes skipping
3. 5 minutes pushing the sled
4. 5 minutes skipping
5. 5 minutes pushing the sled

Stretch break about 10 minutes of full body stretching.

6. 5 minutes of machine rowing
7. 5 minutes on the jacobs ladder
8. 10 minutes on the elliptical

More stretching

Wanted to do more but I worked 12 hours today so I was tired, going to try and up the intensity tomorrow.

Gotta get my diet back on track. With our club closed I haven't been dieting properly. Once I run outta bad food ill get it back on.

Maintaining well though.
