Punished my cardio today.
1. 1 Mile on the treadmill
2. 5 minutes skipping
3. 5 minutes pushing the sled
4. 5 minutes skipping
5. 5 minutes pushing the sled
Stretch break about 10 minutes of full body stretching.
6. 5 minutes of machine rowing
7. 5 minutes on the jacobs ladder
8. 10 minutes on the elliptical
More stretching
Wanted to do more but I worked 12 hours today so I was tired, going to try and up the intensity tomorrow.
